The Alabama legislature is often asked to consider anti-nudity bills, usually quite early in each legislative session. Those bills typically die without help, but naturists cannot assume that will always be the case. NAC continues careful scrutiny and monitoring of the Alabama legislature.

The Alabama legislature met from February 5, 2008, through May 19, 2008. Bills from 2007 DID NOT CARRY OVER to the 2008 session. Prefiled bills were allowed.
