Indiana is home to the anti-nudity statute that was the subject of the U.S. Supreme Court's 1991 Barnes v. Glen Theatre decision. In writing his opinion in that case, Chief Justice Renquist declared, " Public nudity is the evil the
state seeks to prevent..."
