Brattleboro In 2007, the town of Brattleboro, Vermont, imposed a temporary ban on nudity within selected
geographic portions of the town. The town's selectboard subsequently refused to make the ban permanent, and the temporary measure was allowed to expire.
There is further local effort to pass a permanent nudity prohibition in Brattleboro.
Clarendon Using nudity in Brattleboro as a scare tactic, Clarendon resident Joan Bixby is seeking to circulate
a questionaire concerning nudity to townsfolk at the Selectboard meeting in March, 2008.
Legislature The Vermont legislature met from January 3, 2007 through May 12, 2007. The Vermont legislature
meets from January 9, 2008 through May 31, 2008. Bills from 2007 DO carry over to the 2008 session. Prefiling of bills is allowed.
